Characteristics and Type of Beach

The formation of the Cala d'Inferno Beach is characterized by the dense vegetation behind it, located in a relatively inaccessible area, it reminds us of an unspoiled small cove, the distance and isolation make it suitable for the adventurous.

With a length of 66 meters and an average width of approximately 12 meters, it has a surface area of 792 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 99 people comfortably.

The Beach is composed of Very fine sand sand of Yellow sand color, with vegetation behind it, mainly characterized by Mediterranean scrub.

The Sea

The sea has a Turquoise color, with a predominantly sandy seabed.

The bathymetric lines are far apart, so the depth gradually decreases, classifying it as a beach with shallow water.

The Cala d'Inferno Beach is open access, without a specific limit defined by law. The maximum capacity of 99 people is purely indicative and is determined using the guidelines of beach resorts, assuming approximately 8 square meters per person, taking into account beach chairs or towels, umbrellas, and a perimeter passage area.

It should also be noted that on all Sardinian coasts, Article 40 of Regional Law No. 16 of July 28, 2017, paragraph 2, states: Except where the act constitutes a more serious offense, anyone who removes, possesses, sells even small quantities of sand, pebbles, stones, or shells from the coast or the sea without proper authorization or concession issued by the competent authorities is subject to an administrative fine of 500 to 3,000 euros.

By Sea

You can also reach the beach by sea using small boats, either private or rented, utilizing the dedicated launching corridor on the beach. Furthermore, it should be noted that the launching corridor is generally intended for transit purposes for unloading/loading. The boat should be anchored according to the instructions of the beach staff. In the absence of a launching corridor, the boat should be moored at a certain distance from the coast. it Bella spiaggia perfetta se non cerchi spiagge affollate. Il sentiero per arrivarci e’ difficile da trovare in quanto non segnalato.

it Spiaggia deserta e decisamente rustica, sabbia grossa e ingresso in acqua con molte pietre... Talmente al naturale da averci trovato un paio di zecche e quindi siamo subito scappati... Ci sono molte spiagge più belle...

it È una delle poche spiagge che non mi ha fatto impazzire sia come percorso per arrivarci sia la spiaggia per la sporcizia trovata. Partiamo dal principio: la spiaggia è segnalata solo su alcune cartine,in strada non ci sono indicazioni per raggiungerla se metti il navigatore ti dice che sei giunto a destinazione ma sei sulla strada ed il mare lo vedi parecchio in basso. (Io ci sono arrivato perché ho chiesto informazioni ad persona che abita proprio lì davanti all'inizio del percorso altrimenti quella piccolissima stradina non l'avrei mai presa in considerazione) Torniamo a noi.... come dicevo il navigatore ti dice che sei giunto a destinazione quindi torna indietro 400/500 mt c'è una curva con "l'area sosta" scendi altri 50 mt e sulla sinistra trovi una piccola traversetta che sembra tutto meno ché l'inizio di un percorso. Prendi quel "sentiero" all'incirca sono 20' di percorso inizialmente sembra tranquillo ma essendo poco percorso passi in mezzo alla vegetazione tra spine e rami secchi. Molto impegnativo,poi più si è alti più si fa fatica (il percorso per raggiuere cala coticcio per me è stato meno impegnativo). Finito questo percorso arrivato finalmente in spiaggia ho trovato tante cose sulla spiaggia sicuramente portate dal mare dal vento e soprattutto dalle imbarcazioni che si fermano lì davanti e non essendoci mai nessuno la usano come discarica. Un vero peccato perché la sabbia finissima quasi bianca da un impatto favoloso. Per entrare in mare si consigliano le scarpette. Anzi il miglior consiglio che posso dare è arrivarci via mare.

it Spiaggia e percorso tra i più selvaggi della zona, spiaggia esposta a maestrale e si vede.

it Spiaggia difficile da raggiungere con percorso pieno di insidie. Ho fatto il sentiero piegato in 2 per le troppe piante sopra la testa. Spiaggia sporca con resti di barche e immondizia. A mio parere la più brutta della Maddalena
