Characteristics and Type of Beach

The formation of the Golfetto Beach, it reminds us of a relatively large cove, with its size and shallow water, it is suitable for families with children.

With a length of 160 meters and an average width of approximately 7 meters, it has a surface area of 1120 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 140 people comfortably.

The Sand

White sand

The Beach is composed of Very fine sand sand of White sand color, with vegetation behind it, mainly characterized by Mediterranean scrub.

The sea has a Turquoise color, with a predominantly sandy seabed.

The bathymetric lines are far apart, so the depth gradually decreases, classifying it as a beach with shallow water.

Restrictions and Protection

The Golfetto Beach is open access, without a specific limit defined by law. The maximum capacity of 140 people is purely indicative and is determined using the guidelines of beach resorts, assuming approximately 8 square meters per person, taking into account beach chairs or towels, umbrellas, and a perimeter passage area.

It should also be noted that on all Sardinian coasts, Article 40 of Regional Law No. 16 of July 28, 2017, paragraph 2, states: Except where the act constitutes a more serious offense, anyone who removes, possesses, sells even small quantities of sand, pebbles, stones, or shells from the coast or the sea without proper authorization or concession issued by the competent authorities is subject to an administrative fine of 500 to 3,000 euros.

it Il Golfetto è una piccola spiaggia situata nel territorio di Tortolì fra Cala Ginepro e la spiaggia di Foxi Lioni. Trattasi di una piccola insenatura caratterizzata da uno stretto arenile di fina sabbia bianchissima incorniciato da un sistema di roccie granitiche. Il fondale è lentamente degradante, caratteristica questa che lo rende molto adatto ai bambini. L'acqua è quasi sempre cristallina con una colorazione che assume i pù svariati gradienti di colore tra l'azzurro ed il turchese. Alle spalle è coronata da un sistema arboreo costituito prevalentemente da pini e ginepri. Presenti, in prossimità, diversi punti di ristoro. Un ristorante bar è ubicato proprio ai margini dell'arenile. Facilemente raggiungibile sia per chi, percorrendo la S.S.125 Orientale Sarda, arrivi da Cagliari in direzione Tortolì che viceversa, grazie alla presenza di una cartellonistica stradale indicante il sistema di spiaggie di "Marina di Cea". Presente anche un ampio parcheggio gratuito sterrato.

it Ampio parcheggio. Bar rifornito, pulito, moderno. Spiaggia piccola , raccolta, pulita, ombrosa. Tante piccole calette da scoprire. Non troppo affollata. Acqua non alta adatta ai bambini. Anche spostandosi di diversi metri dalla riva non diventa più profonda si 4 metri. Colori stupendi.
