Characteristics and Type of Beach

The formation of the Cuccureddus Beach, it reminds us of a relatively large cove, the distance and isolation make it suitable for the adventurous.

With a length of 185 meters and an average width of approximately 9 meters, it has a surface area of 1665 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 208 people comfortably.

The Sand

White sand
Very fine sand

The Beach is composed of Very fine sand sand of White sand color, with vegetation behind it, mainly characterized by Mediterranean scrub.

The Sea

Seabed Sandy bottom

The sea has a Turquoise color, with a predominantly sandy seabed.

The bathymetric lines are far apart, so the depth gradually decreases, classifying it as a beach with shallow water.

Restrictions and Protection

The Cuccureddus Beach is open access, without a specific limit defined by law. The maximum capacity of 208 people is purely indicative and is determined using the guidelines of beach resorts, assuming approximately 8 square meters per person, taking into account beach chairs or towels, umbrellas, and a perimeter passage area.

It should also be noted that on all Sardinian coasts, Article 40 of Regional Law No. 16 of July 28, 2017, paragraph 2, states: Except where the act constitutes a more serious offense, anyone who removes, possesses, sells even small quantities of sand, pebbles, stones, or shells from the coast or the sea without proper authorization or concession issued by the competent authorities is subject to an administrative fine of 500 to 3,000 euros.

How to Get to Cuccureddus Beach

Private Vehicles

You can reach the beach by private vehicle, using the road that leads to the parking area near the beach.

By Sea

You can also reach the beach by sea using small boats, either private or rented, utilizing the dedicated launching corridor on the beach. Furthermore, it should be noted that the launching corridor is generally intended for transit purposes for unloading/loading. The boat should be anchored according to the instructions of the beach staff. In the absence of a launching corridor, the boat should be moored at a certain distance from the coast. For more information, we recommend contacting the tourist information center at the municipality of Villasimius

it Accessibile a piedi dalla strada che costeggia il depuratore. Proseguire dentro la boscaglia fino al parcheggio e una volta raggiunta la spiaggia imbroccare i sentieri sulla sinistra viaggiando appena sopra l’altezza degli scogli e prestare attenzione ai fichi d’india e ai rovi… Complimenti al proprietario di questa villa fatiscente che ha pensato bene di recintare al meglio tutta l’area rendendo difficile l’accesso ma noi ci abbiamo creduto fino in fondo e siamo entrati comunque! È una vergogna che il comune di Villasimius non faccia nulla per tutto questo!

it Complicatissimo scendere, addirittura Google maps fa fare una strada pericolosissima con L auto mettendo a rischio la vita delle persone. Strapiombo e strettissima. Da evitare, ci sarebbe alternativa ma c è una villa super blindata che evita ogni passaggio. Da evitare, e soprattutto maps inaffidabile e pericoloso !!!!

it Si accede tranquillamente alla spiaggia dal mare. Sabbia bianca e fine. Poseidonia spiaggiata sul lato destro della cala, opposta alla villa che la sovrasta e della quale dominano i numerosi avvisi di proprietà privata. Mare limpido. Pochissime persone.

it Soprannominata da me e il mio ragazzo la spiaggia delle Torri, per le torrette di sabbia bianchissima che abbiamo "costruito" sugli scogli immersi nella acqua verde azzurrina cristallina in pieno relax. Spiaggetta riparatta riparata e poco affollata che abbiamo raggiunta in sup dalla spiaggia di Campus.
