The formation of the Isuledda Beach combined with the large number of beach resorts, it reminds us of an equipped beach, with its size and shallow water, it is suitable for families with children.
With a length of 406 meters and an average width of approximately 20 meters,
it has a surface area of 8120 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 1015 people
comfortably.

The Isuledda Beach is open access, without a specific limit defined by law. The maximum capacity of 1015 people is purely indicative and is determined
using the guidelines of beach resorts, assuming approximately 8 square meters per person, taking into account beach chairs or towels, umbrellas, and a perimeter passage area.
It should also be noted that on all Sardinian coasts, Article 40 of Regional Law No. 16 of July 28, 2017, paragraph 2, states:
Except where the act constitutes a more serious offense, anyone who removes, possesses, sells even small quantities of sand, pebbles, stones, or shells from the coast or the sea without
proper authorization or concession issued by the competent authorities is subject to an administrative fine of 500 to 3,000 euros.

Private Vehicles
You can reach the beach by private vehicle, using the road that leads to the parking area near the beach.
By Sea
You can also reach the beach by sea using small boats, either private or rented, utilizing the dedicated launching corridor on the beach. Furthermore, it should be noted that the launching corridor is generally intended
for transit purposes for unloading/loading. The boat should be anchored according to the instructions of the beach staff. In the absence of a launching corridor, the boat should be moored at a certain distance from the coast. For more information,

La questione del posteggio gratuito di cui molti qui si rallegrano è una delle cause della rovina di questa spiaggia splendida fino a qualche anno fa. Il vialetto che portava giù é un vecchio ricordo e due corsie sono disponibili. Se possibile gli utenti nonostante evidente cartello di divieto cercano di posteggiare fin sulla battigia. E pace per i portatori di handicap (ma sono così tanti ?) ma pur con cartello di divieto diversi posteggi sono stati ricavati lungo la strada ma ... per chi ? Così, complice il comune di San Teodoro che si disinteressa totalmente di questa parte di città (vedi anche ad esempio la via isuledda che fino alla caduta del ponte sul rio, mai risollevato, portava verso questa zona, l'amministrazione ha chiuso la via con massi ma ora é ridotta a discarica di sanitari spaccati, plastiche varie, materassi ecc e nessuno se ne occupa e preoccupa) le multe sono complessivamente poche; i vigili vengono una volta al giorno e se passi dopo di loro sei quasi sicuramente salvo. C'era un chiosco sull'erba entrando in spiaggia ma lotte intestine in comune con vendette trasversali e dissidi tra proprietario dei terreni e comune ha distrutto quest'unica meraviglia (comunque tanti altri bar anche trentennali sono stati curiosamente chiusi di recente in San Teodoro). Comunque ora ci sono i bagni lì, sì ... ma non le docce. E dire che un altro bar - stabilimento (non tra i più curati) avrebbe mitigato il 'tortocollo' monopolio dell'unico esercizio bar esistente dai prezzi non esattamente bassi. La capienza naturale di questa spiaggia che dovrebbe essere presa in considerazione anche senza emergenza covid qui é completamente disattesa. Già ci pensa la natura che ha inglobato nel mare la prima caletta scendendo ed ha lasciato solo le pietre entrando in acqua. Se il proprietario dei terreni risolve, i posteggi diverranno finalmente a pagamento e forse qualcosa si salverà o forse no. In effetti brandinchi 12 Eur al dì non scoraggia gli utenti. Forse è proprio che la Sardegna è presa sempre più d'assalto per turismo di massa ... Per concludere specie ad agosto meglio non andarci in questa spiaggia. 2020

Sabbia fine e bianca... Mare cristallino e adatto anche a bambini. Colori stupendo. Consigliatissimo..... Anche perché spaziosa e quindi non sovraffollata.

Molto molto bella. Servizi ottimi, bagni gratuiti e non, parcheggio gratuito. Si sta stretti ma tutti in ammirazione. Chiosco molto fornito e organizzato, abbondanti le pietanze e curate ed prezzi giusti. Al prossimo anno.

Attenzione la parcheggio a Destra.. quello vicino ai bagni in alto... Dicono che è riservato agli invalidi... Anche se veramente scosceso con terra e ciottoli...

Complimenti al Comune di San Teodoro per l'idea che ha avuto per fare multe .... Ne avranno fatte oltre 100 oggi .. con la scusa degli invalidi che quel parcheggio non lo useranno mai perché realmente inadatto!!!
Sfido il sindaco a portare un invalido in carrozzina in quel parcheggio e poi farlo arrivare in sicurezza in spiaggia ed al bar....

Fantastica spiaggia con parcheggio gratuito. Sono presenti solo due stabilimenti balneari, il resto della spiaggia è libera. Per il caffè consiglio di prenderlo al chiosvo Isuledda Beach. Rispettare i divieti di parcheggio è sinonimo di educazione nei confronti di tutti.... okkio: la polizia municipale effettua passaggi giornalieri
