The formation of the Porto Palma Tunaria Beach, developed along the city, it reminds us of an urban beach, the proximity to parking lots, services, and its size make it suitable for those who prefer comfort over adventure.

With a length of 343 meters and an average width of approximately 15 meters, it has a surface area of 5145 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 643 people comfortably.

The Sand

The Beach is composed of Fine sand sand of Yellow sand color, however, due to its morphology, there is no indigenous vegetation behind it.

The sea has a Green color, with a predominantly sandy seabed.

The bathymetric lines are far apart, so the depth gradually decreases, classifying it as a beach with shallow water.

The Porto Palma Tunaria Beach is open access, without a specific limit defined by law. The maximum capacity of 643 people is purely indicative and is determined using the guidelines of beach resorts, assuming approximately 8 square meters per person, taking into account beach chairs or towels, umbrellas, and a perimeter passage area.

It should also be noted that on all Sardinian coasts, Article 40 of Regional Law No. 16 of July 28, 2017, paragraph 2, states: Except where the act constitutes a more serious offense, anyone who removes, possesses, sells even small quantities of sand, pebbles, stones, or shells from the coast or the sea without proper authorization or concession issued by the competent authorities is subject to an administrative fine of 500 to 3,000 euros.

Private Vehicles

You can reach the beach by private vehicle, using the road that leads to the parking area near the beach.

By Sea

You can also reach the beach by sea using small boats, either private or rented, utilizing the dedicated launching corridor on the beach. Furthermore, it should be noted that the launching corridor is generally intended for transit purposes for unloading/loading. The boat should be anchored according to the instructions of the beach staff. In the absence of a launching corridor, the boat should be moored at a certain distance from the coast. For more information, we recommend contacting the tourist information center at the municipality of Arbus

it Questa località per molti potrà sembrare abbandonata, poco curata, ma credetemi che è un posto con una storia profonda, chi c'è nato come me porta dentro un ricordo indelebile, fatto di anni e anni di periodi estivi vissuti a pieno con gli amichetti del periodo, fatta di nottate con le pile perché il buio la faceva da padrone in quegli anni, fatta di falò improvvisati e di nottate appoggiati alle tavole da surf sulla sabbia, fatta di giornate vissute a punta niedda dove si andava a tuffare..!! Per molti sarà un posto bruttino ma per molto altri è il paradiso!! Peccato che le stelle non arrivino a 10, le avrebbe prese per me...!!

it A me, personalmente, non fa impazzire ma per le famiglie con bimbi piccoli è il posto ideale. Mare sempre calmo perché il golfo è riparato dalle onde che si infrangono sugli scogli sia a destra che a sinistra. Dalla punta a destra rispetto al golfo si possono ammirare dei tramonti stupendi. Da visitare.

it Il posto è sicuramente incantevole, silenzioso ed accogliente, bisogna però precisare per chi vi farà visita che la spiaggia è tutta di sassi e ghiaia non adatta per i bambini perché difficilmente praticabile, e l'acqua è subito alta.
