Characteristics and Type of Beach

The formation of the Vacche Beach is characterized by the dense vegetation behind it, located in a relatively inaccessible area, it reminds us of an unspoiled small cove, the distance and isolation make it suitable for the adventurous.

With a length of 27 meters and an average width of approximately 3 meters, it has a surface area of 81 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people comfortably.

The Beach is composed of Fine sand sand of Yellow sand color, with vegetation behind it, mainly characterized by Mediterranean scrub.

The sea has a Turquoise color, with a predominantly sandy seabed.

The bathymetric lines are far apart, so the depth gradually decreases, classifying it as a beach with shallow water.

The Vacche Beach is open access, without a specific limit defined by law. The maximum capacity of 10 people is purely indicative and is determined using the guidelines of beach resorts, assuming approximately 8 square meters per person, taking into account beach chairs or towels, umbrellas, and a perimeter passage area.

It should also be noted that on all Sardinian coasts, Article 40 of Regional Law No. 16 of July 28, 2017, paragraph 2, states: Except where the act constitutes a more serious offense, anyone who removes, possesses, sells even small quantities of sand, pebbles, stones, or shells from the coast or the sea without proper authorization or concession issued by the competent authorities is subject to an administrative fine of 500 to 3,000 euros.

How to Get to Vacche Beach

By Sea

You can also reach the beach by sea using small boats, either private or rented, utilizing the dedicated launching corridor on the beach. Furthermore, it should be noted that the launching corridor is generally intended for transit purposes for unloading/loading. The boat should be anchored according to the instructions of the beach staff. In the absence of a launching corridor, the boat should be moored at a certain distance from the coast. For more information, we recommend contacting the tourist information center at the municipality of San Teodoro

it Piccola spiaggia paradisiaca immersa nella natura, con acque basse e cristalline dai colori mozzafiato. Tutto intorno si elevano delle rocce modellate dal vento che isolano la caletta dai venti e dalle correnti. Il percorso per raggiungerla è lungo e tortuoso, passando tra scogli e macchia mediterranea. Data la difficoltà nel raggiungerla, i venditori di granite arrivano dal mare tramite dei chioschi-zattera.

it Bellissima caletta con acqua cristallina un angolo di paradiso .. raggiungibile a piedi partendo dal parcheggio di girgiolu , percorrendo una strada privata si arriva arriva ad una scalinata che scende al mare . Una volta arrivati alla prima caletta basta seguire il sentiero ... bellissima passeggiata in mezzo alla natura con un panorama fantastico. Il sentiero sarà di circa 1,5 km ma ne vale assolutamente la pena lo spettacolo della caletta e fantastico . Per chi vuole può oltrepassare i massi per godersi dei colori variopinti del mare . In spiaggia non ci sono né bar e servizi , ma durante la giornata via mare arriva un baretto mobile , non economico ma un buon servizio .

it Un luogo davvero paradisiaco, difficile da raggiungere a piedi, ma davvero meraviglioso. Per raggiungerlo bisogna partire da Cala Girgolu e seguire un sentiero abbastanza tortuoso che passa tra scogli e fitta vegetazione mediterranea... Non è molto lungo, ma essendo di difficile percorrenza ci si impiega circa mezz'ora (consiglio di munirsi di scarpe da ginnastica o delle robuste scarpe da scoglio). Ad un certo punto, dopo diverse calette molto interessanti, ci si troverà dinnanzi ad una agglomerato di rocce che ricorda una tartaruga con la bocca aperta e subito dopo la cala delle vacche vi accoglierà. Consigliato!

it Caletta molto particolare ,merita assolutamente una visita! Non è facilissimo da raggiungere,occorre camminare per dei sentieri tra rocce e scogli e vegetazione varia per almeno 20 minuti.. consiglio assolutamente scarpe chiuse e comode e di portare il minimo indispensabile,in ogni caso fattibilissimo! Durante il percorso si trovano varie calette , fino ad arrivare a quella delle vacche. Quella precedente è anche molto bella,per me anche meglio! ( caletta tartaruga) . Per arrivare qui occorre passare in mezzo a un villaggio di case vacanze e poi seguire le indicazioni per le calette. Un posto veramente magnifico con acqua cristallina e scogli con svariate forme di animali ( gallo, tartaruga e altri in base anche alla vostra fantasia ). Ci sono anche pesci,ricci, granchietti, per chi ama fare immersioni è ideale. Se arrivate entro le 11 è anche poco affollato. Consigliatissima!

it Bellissima caletta sarda nelle vicinanze di san teodoro. Arrivare a cala girgolu, e proseguire per la strada con le villette da li si prende una vietta sterrata verso il mare e inizia un percorso tra macchia mediterranea e rocce di una ventina di minuti. Consiglio di mettere scarpe da ginnastica perchè è facile scivolare. Arrivati alla spiaggia delle tartarughe continuare per altri 10 minuti è un po faticoso ma ne vale la pena, consiglio di andare al mattino presto perché la caletta è molto piccola e si riempie molto facilmente consiglio di portare l ombrellone perché non ce molta ombra.
