Characteristics and Type of Beach

The formation of the Porceddus Beach, it reminds us of a relatively large cove, the distance and isolation make it suitable for the adventurous.

With a length of 240 meters and an average width of approximately 7 meters, it has a surface area of 1680 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 210 people comfortably.

The Sand

The Beach is composed of Fine sand sand of Gray sand color, with vegetation behind it, mainly characterized by Mediterranean scrub.

The sea has a Emerald color, with a mixed seabed of sand and rocks.

The bathymetric lines approach as you move away from the shore, characteristic of a beach with deep water.

The Porceddus Beach is open access, without a specific limit defined by law. The maximum capacity of 210 people is purely indicative and is determined using the guidelines of beach resorts, assuming approximately 8 square meters per person, taking into account beach chairs or towels, umbrellas, and a perimeter passage area.

It should also be noted that on all Sardinian coasts, Article 40 of Regional Law No. 16 of July 28, 2017, paragraph 2, states: Except where the act constitutes a more serious offense, anyone who removes, possesses, sells even small quantities of sand, pebbles, stones, or shells from the coast or the sea without proper authorization or concession issued by the competent authorities is subject to an administrative fine of 500 to 3,000 euros.

How to Get to Porceddus Beach

By Sea

You can also reach the beach by sea using small boats, either private or rented, utilizing the dedicated launching corridor on the beach. Furthermore, it should be noted that the launching corridor is generally intended for transit purposes for unloading/loading. The boat should be anchored according to the instructions of the beach staff. In the absence of a launching corridor, the boat should be moored at a certain distance from the coast. For more information, we recommend contacting the tourist information center at the municipality of Villasimius

it un piccolo angolo di paradiso, raggiungibile a piedi con un sentiero di 600 mt circa, molto ampio il dislivello, aspettatevi una bella salita al ritorno. Cala con ciottoli e scogli.

it-IT L'accesso dalla strada principale richiede 80 metri di discesa, che filtrano la maggior parte dei turisti pigri. Troverai solo gli amanti della natura più aggressivi che arrivano in SUV e si accampano illegalmente. La spiaggia sulla destra ha un facile accesso all'acqua, ma è piena di alghe tritate, impossibile per i miei gusti balneari. Quello a sinistra è pulito e bello, ma è piuttosto difficile entrare in acqua. A causa dei periodi di onde alte, la spiaggia è piena di rocce arrotondate, il che sarebbe fantastico se non fossero così scivolose. Quindi aspettati di strisciare nell'acqua su mani e piedi, per evitare la caduta. Ma una volta dentro, sarai in acque cristalline, godendoti la migliore nuotata possibile. buono per lo snorkeling, ma vedrai diversi metri anche senza la maschera. Sul lato negativo, c'è molto traffico di piccole barche, ma mantengono la giusta distanza. C'è anche un po' di plastica e altri rifiuti sulla spiaggia, l'inevitabile promemoria dell'irresponsabilità umana.

it-IT Gemma nascosta che abbiamo scoperto cambiando! ?? Ci siamo fermati a fare qualche foto sul ciglio della strada e abbiamo trovato delle persone che scendevano ... Non abbiamo resistito a seguirle. La spiaggia è totalmente selvaggia con scogli e acqua cristallina. Sicuramente degno dei 10 minuti a piedi giù per la collina (consiglierei di portare scarpe comode / risatine, lo abbiamo fatto con le infradito però). Ci sono due piccole calette una accanto all'altra e la strada è abbastanza libera, accessibile solo a piedi.
